1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means a registered player account held with 98php, created following successful identity verification and registration.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, inclusive of any segregated bonus funds where applicable.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to the 98php platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. 2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with 98php. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or identity documents — is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to PAGCOR.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open an Account with 98php, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including: your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification; a valid and personal email address; a Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS; and your date of birth. You must also confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth in Section 2.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

98php is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations to conduct identity verification on all registered players. You may be required at any time — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon periodic review — to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include: UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, and PhilSys National ID. Failure to complete identity verification may result in restricted Account access or suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to 98php is accurate and kept current. If any registration information changes, you must update your Account profile promptly. 98php shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of this Agreement.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP). You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members. All activity conducted through your Account shall be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you accept full liability for all wagers, transactions, and actions performed using your Account credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify 98php customer support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. 98php will investigate all reported security incidents but shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

98php employs 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, you remain responsible for the security of the device from which you access the platform, including maintaining up-to-date operating systems and antivirus software.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

98php accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and QR Ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in a current promotional offer. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your Account balance in real time following payment confirmation. 98php does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and verified under KYC.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 98php may require: (a) completion of identity verification (KYC); (b) verification that your Account email address and mobile number have been confirmed; (c) confirmation that no active fraud, money laundering, or responsible gaming investigations are pending on your Account; and (d) that any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been satisfied. Withdrawals of winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds without satisfying wagering requirements may be declined.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

98php is obligated under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended) and PAGCOR compliance requirements to monitor and report suspicious financial activity. 98php reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other financial misconduct. 6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which are published in the 98php promotions section. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are generally subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal request can be processed. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

6.4 Expiry of Bonuses

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 98php platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including false age declarations;
• Registering or operating multiple Accounts;
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to place bets or interact with games;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or 98php personnel to manipulate game outcomes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any 98php software or intellectual property;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical mechanism to circumvent geographic restrictions or access the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication toward 98php staff or other players via any platform channel;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including minors.

9 Responsible Gaming

98php is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices consistent with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and guidelines. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a source of financial or personal distress. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps, effective immediately upon reduction;

11 Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

98php provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous availability, 98php does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, network disruptions, and force majeure events may cause periods of unavailability. 98php shall not be liable for any loss — including loss of anticipated gaming winnings — resulting from platform unavailability.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 98php's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. 98php shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm.

11.3 Your Responsibility

Participation in casino gaming and sports betting involves financial risk. You acknowledge that: (a) gambling can result in the loss of real money; (b) you are solely responsible for all wagering decisions made through your Account; (c) 98php does not provide investment, financial, or gaming advice; and (d) past game outcomes are not indicative of future results. 12 Privacy

98php's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

13 Account Closure and Termination

13.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 98php customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements and completion of applicable KYC and AML checks. Bonus Funds not subject to a completed wagering requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by 98php

98php reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where: (a) a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) 98php has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct; (c) required by PAGCOR, a court order, or applicable law; (d) a Player is found to be ineligible under Section 2; or (e) a Player has activated a self-exclusion request.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure or termination for cause, 98php may withhold the Account balance pending investigation of any suspected breach. Where a breach is confirmed, 98php reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance and to report the matter to relevant authorities. Where closure is initiated by the Player or for reasons not involving Player misconduct, the Real Money Balance will be returned within a reasonable time frame following completion of verification checks.

14 Dispute Resolution

14.1 Internal Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 98php platform, you must first contact 98php customer support at [email protected] with a detailed written description of the dispute. 98php will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and provide a written determination within fourteen (14) business days of receiving all relevant information.

If you are not satisfied with 98php's internal determination, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels, as 98php is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight and dispute resolution jurisdiction. 98php will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-directed investigation or mediation.

14.3 Governing Records

In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the records held on 98php's servers shall constitute the authoritative record of game outcomes, wagers placed, and transactions processed. Player-side records, screenshots, or other documentation shall not supersede server-side records.

15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework or mandatory Philippine consumer protection law.

16 Amendments to These Terms

98php reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, including to reflect changes in PAGCOR regulatory requirements, Philippine law, platform functionality, or business practices. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via email to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the 98php platform prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the 98php platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should close your Account before the effective date of the change. The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always accessible on this page and supersedes all prior versions.
